Rain and Terrorist Threat

Sorry, I haven’t written here in a while, but not much has been happening. The flowers are now in full bloom and the trees are greening up wonderfully. What kind of flowers? Hmm, can’t really say ‘cuz I’m not much of a flower person; there are red, purple, white and yellow flowers. Does that help? I’ll post some pictures on the main site soon so you can see for yourself.

During my last period class today we were struck with a hugh lightning and rain storm, a real downpour, the first torrent of spring. Rainy seasons begins in late June, I’m told, and continues through August, so the heavy shower today is just a forerunner of what’s to come.

Just read {{link http://cnews.canoe.ca/CNEWS/World/WarOnTerrorism/2004/04/22/431331-ap.html online}} that a shadowy organization called the “Yello-Red Overseas Organization” is targeting U.S. allies, including S. Korea. Don’t know how much stock to place in this but I suppose any threat should be taken seriously.

I started going back to taekwando classes last night after sitting out almost a month with a soccer injury, a pulled upper leg muscle AND a knee injury–a double whammy. No more soccer for me. I was afraid that all the {{link http://www.kukkiwon.or.kr/eng/ kicking and exercising}} that I do in tkw. would lead to a reinjury, but, despite a little soreness, everthing seems ok. More later.
