Yes, we’re enjoying the Chinese New Year, which is a 3-day holiday in Korea, and is one of the two big Korean holidays. (The other is Chuseok, the Korean Thanksgiving.) It appears that most of the outside work is finished on the apartment buildings of Expo Town.
